Vacuum Decompression Concentrator

The vacuum decompression concentrator is an evaporator which can be operated in either vacuum or constant pressure condition. In industrial sectors, it can be employed for concentrating water or organic solvent. It is highly suitable for continuous concentration in vacuum condition to hot sensitive material, for instance Chinese medicine, antibiotic, milk, juice, alcohol extracting solution and fermentation.

The equipment, system and accessories integrated in this evaporator are condenser, recycle tank, valves, control box, meters, concentrated tank, mixer, air and liquid separator and so on

Liquid once filled in the concentrated tank, heat the machine. The solvent will evaporate and then cooled by cooling water. The cooled, evaporated solvent will flow back to recycle tank.

It is easier to clean the roundness tank as well as discharge the material from it. Vacuum decompressed concentration is adopted by the system, and the concentration proportion can get above 1.4. As far as thick material is concerned, this equipment can be configured with mixing device and turnover discharging the material.
