High Efficiency Intelligent Automatic Film Coating Machine
Precisely developed structure of this machine constitutes of important sections like material feeding and discharging unit, hot air cabinet, slurry material spray section, control system for its computer regulated operation and exhaust section. Notable for its modern appearance, this machine is acknowledged for its high output level, less installation space and energy efficient operation.
Applications:
In pharmaceutical sector, biological items manufacturing and food processing industries, this machine is required for applying coating of water sugar film, water soluble film and organic film on pills and tablets.
Basic working principle:
As a part of its mechanism, a thoroughly cleaned enclosed drum is used for applying coating on tablets. All these tablets are moved in a systematic as well as smooth manner inside this drum to ensure their uniform coating. Precisely formulated coating is sprayed on these movable tablets via spray gun of the peristaltic pump of this machine. At the same time, the air exhaust cabinet of this machine generates pure hot air which is produced as a result of negative pressure of up to 100,000 level. The produced hot air is depleted via the sieve meshes of the fan of its air exhaust cabinet. The depleted air passes through the surface of the coated tablets so that the applied coating to ensure uniform drying of coated material. The passing of hot air through the coated surface of tablets promotes the formation of firm and consistent film layer on tablets and pills. The entire procedure is regulated by PLC based mechanism.
Main Machine:
The special design of the main machine helps to minimize spillage of coating syrup and discharge of dust particles during execution of coating procedure. This ergonomically developed machine is known for its high output level, high coating speed, hygienic working condition, minimal coating steps and trouble free coating technique.
The touch screen operated microcomputer that has been incorporated into the design of this machine, is instrumental in showing working status of the negative pressure and temperature controlling systems. This microcomputer has a key role in managing parameters like exhaust and intake of negative pressure, rotational speed of standard operating procedure and temperature level of this machine to maintain consistency of parameters and production among products of different batches. This machine is capable of printing and recording required data for above fourteen programmed film coating procedures. The printing parameters and stored data for these coated films can be altered irrespective of time during the operation of this machine. The printing system of this machine has been designed as per tailor made specifications to guarantee about its error free data recording procedure during separate batches.
Hot Air Cabinet:
The mechanism of the hot air cabinet involves filtration of inhaled air of centrifugal fan at maximum 100000 level. This three time air purification process covers steps like primary, medium and high levels of filtration procedures. The processed air is later is discharged to the drum of the central part of this machine through electro thermal or steam based heat. This hot air cabinet is precisely designed with primary air filtration system and vibration damper. The manufacturing technique of this part is in sync with GMP standards.
Air Exhaust Cabinet:
The air exhaust cabinet of this machine has a significant role in depleting dust particle filled air of the drum of the main machine to maintain negative air pressure level inside the drum. The reflux protected device located at the outlet of this machine is effective in inhibiting this machine in interfering air exhaustion process of its exhaust cabinet. This air exhaust cabinet adopts vibration based dust controlling and filtration method. The advanced mechanism of this cabinet simplifies cleaning as well as maintenance process of this machine via mechanical separation of its dust abatement part. The separation of this dist controlling part promotes depletion of dust particles outside in the air.
Air Spraying System:
Its air spraying system is designed with air spray gun of Japan origin and crawler pump for spraying of vapour enriched liquid under high pressure.
Thermostatic Stirring Tank:
The stored material of this tank is suitable for heating via electricity. The heated material can be mixed with liquid with even flow under controlled temperature.
